Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)

The PTO is an organization of parents and teachers that help promote educational programs, as well as the welfare of children and in the home, school, and community. Our mission as a Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) at Holly Academy is to promote and encourage communications among parents/guardians, teachers, administration and the community. It is our goal to assist in supporting the vision and direction of the school to enrich the learning environment and to exemplify integrity, teamwork, and community while fostering productive, healthy partnerships with teachers and administrative staff. The PTO conducts itself with humble, positive attitudes as we create and maintain relationships honorably and professionally within the school. The organization also sponsors and organizes school events, which deepen our community spirit and enhance our children’s educational experiences at Holly Academy. The PTO is committed to students, parents/guardians and teachers and will represent itself in a respectful manner at all times.

The PTO is a volunteer organization that is able to supplement the needs of Holly Academy through charitable contributions for educational purposes.

Being part of the PTO does not mean you have to come to every meeting. Just be willing to help at events by volunteering your time. All members are valued. All opinions, suggestions, and ideas are welcomed.

Holly Academy Education Foundation (HAEF)

Our Mission

The Holly Academy Education Foundation (HAEF) expands educational opportunities for Holly Academy students by generating financial assets to achieve current and future academic goals.

Our Direction

In partnership with the school, HAEF provides additional funds for educational purposes through endowment grant distributions. An endowment fund is a permanent, self-sustaining source of revenue for non-profit organizations. Assets are invested and the earnings provide annual distributions.

Art Smart

ArtSmart is a Holly Academy PTO sponsored program led by parent volunteers. The program brings art to the students once per marking period. Each project focuses on an artist or history of an art form and a technique that allows the students to create a quality art piece. The ArtSmart Art Fair is held in the winter during the Family Game Night event where students' art will be on display and a winner will be selected from each class.
